Dr. Hinder and staff are dedicated to bringing quality, caring dentistry in a relaxed environment. Focusing on patients health and comfort while utilizing state of the art technology. Patients have entrusted our team with their dental health. Treating each patient as individuals and listening to their concerns.
Our Team
Paul Hinder DDS
I was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, until the age of 14. In 1987, my family moved to Omaha, NE. I attended Creighton Prep High School followed by Creighton University and received my Bachelors' of Science Degree in Biology. After that, I attended Creighton University School of Dentistry and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.
After graduating in 2000, I moved to Phoenix, AZ to start practicing dentistry and in the spring of 2002 I made my move to beautiful Jacksonville, FL. I have taken numerous continuing education programs in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, sleep disordered breathing and occlusion (bite) to name a few.
My treatment philosophy is to provide personalized dental care in a slow paced, relaxed environment. Generally only one patient is treated at a time so that I can provide my patients with my undivided attention. Modern, quality oriented dentistry takes time and a meticulous approach. Using the best in dental technology, materials and labs provides patients state of the art, clinically proven, dental results. I hope that my practice's quality and service will attract patients that appreciate and share my philosophy.
Outside of the dental arena, I enjoy playing tennis, waterskiing and flying. I hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and have worked as a charter pilot flying a Citation XL jet.

I have lived in Florida for my entire life. In 2006, I graduated with honors as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). I have been happily employed by Dr Hinder since August 2007. My husband and I have been married since 2007 and together have a beautiful daughter, Emily. The closeness of our team along with wonderful patients, make each work day fun and exciting.
